2.2       Scan the QR code found on your order confirmation or delivery label.

2.3       This will direct you to either a winning or a losing page. If you are a winner you must enter your name, email address, sales order number and mobile number, and postcode of the company purchasing invoice address.

2.4       You will be directed to a Thank You page which confirms you have been successfully entered into the promotion. 

2.5.      Without a valid company postcode confirming the invoice address of the purchasing company, claims cannot be verified and will be void.

2.6       Proof of purchase alone will not be accepted as proof of entry. Entrants must fully complete the steps outlined above. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.

2.7       Unlimited entries during the Promotion Period. 

2.8       No third-party or bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that entrants are using any means to circumvent this condition – such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data; acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of Brookvale Ltd; using identities other than their own; creating fake identities or using any other automated or manual means in order to increase entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, they will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.

3.1       Participants must have a mobile phone or tablet device with an enabled camera to enter by scanning the QR code. 

3.2       Participants must have access to an internet connection. Ask the bill payer before accessing the internet connection. 

3.3       Take care when entering details; Brookvale Ltd is not responsible for mistypes. 

3.4       If you are unable to access the website, please check with your network operator first. 

3.5       Brookvale Ltd does not accept responsibility for entries or claims that are delayed or not received due to transmission, network connection, software problems, or any other reason beyond Brookvale Ltd's control.  

WINNERS

4.2       Brookvale Ltd cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

Winners must provide their email addresses when requested for the prize to be delivered.

PRIZE ACCEPTANCE

7.1      Prizes must be accepted as offered by the named winner. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part. The prize is not transferable. The sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute as fraud.

PRIZE DELIVERY

8.1       Prizes will be: (a) sent to the winner’s email address (if an eGift Card/voucher); within 48hours of validation.

8.2       We may re-arrange the delivery of the prize, if delivery has been unsuccessful, at our sole discretion.

8.3       Following delivery neither Brookvale Ltd nor our sponsored partners are liable for quality issues or product lifecycle limitations that may arise from any prize.

LIABILITY

9.1       Subject to clause 9.2, Brookvale Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of the breach or if they were contemplated at the time that you entered the promotion.

9.2       Brookvale Ltd shall not be liable for: (i) any failure to comply with these terms and conditions as a consequence of events beyond its reasonable control including without limitation, any failure of communication networks and any closure of participating companies or interruption in supplies as a consequence of circumstances beyond reasonable control; and/or other economic loss or any indirect or consequential loss.

9.3       Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Brookvale Ltd accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed, or not received entries, winner notifications, or prizes. 

9.4       Brookvale Ltd reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid disappointment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter.

9.5       All personal data submitted in connection with the Promotion will be processed for the purposes of administering and managing the Promotion and prizes (where applicable) and verifying the eligibility of each participant. 10.5     Brookvale Ltd reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.

10.6     By entering the promotion each entrant gives permission to share their surname and email with our sponsored suppliers if they are a winner of one of the prizes unless the participant notifies help@scan2win.co.uk that they do not wish their names to be shared when they are contacted to redeem their prize. Please note that Brookvale Ltd may still be required to share this information with regulators (including the Advertising Standards Authority) and/or other law enforcement authorities.

10.7     We understand there may be tax implications for receiving gift vouchers and that Brookvale Ltd has made no allowance for this.

10.8     The promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the promotion and these terms and conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of Scottish law and can bring legal proceedings in respect of the promotion and these terms and conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts.
